Love the Land: Palmer's Annual Member BBQ

On Saturday, June 10, an incredible gathering of seventy Palmer members and their guests united for our shared love of the land during a BBQ at the Double Eagle Ranch in Divide.

Members enjoyed the sunshine, hayrides and fun lawn games, live music from the Hickabees, and a savory meal with beef provided by PBJ Cattle Company, which operates on the ranch. Double Eagle Ranch is part of a 6,000 acre legacy conservation effort between Woodland Park and Divide that was made possible by a group of visionary landowners, donors, and partners over the course of many years through the Pikes Peak Conservation Corridor Initiative.

People make conservation possible and we’re excited to continue the tradition of celebrating our members and the land through an annual Love the Land Member BBQ. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our members and friends who joined us, as well as Rick Bertel of Double Eagle Ranch and Bob Burton of PBJ Cattle Company.
